The beneficiaries include:<\/p><ul><li><b>Mrs. Oriere Felicia<\/b><b><\/b><\/li><li><b>Mr. Ameh Agada Michael<\/b><b><\/b><\/li><li><b>Mr. Olorunfemi Lawrence Adubu<\/b><b><\/b><\/li><li><b>Mrs. Omale Charity<\/b><b><\/b><\/li><li><b>Mr. Akinbanjo Gabriel<\/b><\/li><li><b style=\"text-align: right; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1em;\">Mr. Onyi Micheal<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p>On <b>Thursday, 11 December<\/b>, the team formally identified and designated a central feeding point for the fish ponds, marking an important milestone in the project\u2019s operational phase.<\/p><p><b>Stocking and Feeding Schedule<\/b><\/p><p>The pond has been stocked with <b>5,000 post-fingerlings<\/b>, which are being nursed for a <b>three-month growth cycle<\/b>. The beneficiaries have adopted a structured feeding routine to ensure healthy fish growth, with feeding carried out daily at the following times:<\/p><ul><li><b>Morning:<\/b> 8:00 am \u2013 9:30 am<\/li><li><b>Evening:<\/b> 3:30 pm \u2013 4:45 pm<\/li><\/ul><p>At the end of the three months, the fish will be harvested and sold, after which the pond will be restocked for another three-month cycle, ensuring continuity and sustainability of the project.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_5297\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5297\" style=\"width: 768px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5297 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/pdosdbann.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-15-at-9.53.31-AM-2-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5297\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em><span style=\"color: #993300;\">The fish pond at <span style=\"caret-color: #993300;\">Ijebu<\/span>\u00a0Ode<\/span><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><p><b>Accountability and Sustainability Measures<\/b><\/p><p>To promote transparency and financial discipline, the beneficiaries have been advised to keep all proceeds from fish sales in a <b>dedicated fish farm account<\/b>, rather than individual accounts. These funds will be carefully recorded and managed collectively for a period of <b>one year<\/b>, after which profits will be shared, and beneficiaries can transition to running their own independent fish farming ventures.<\/p><p><b>Appreciation and Support<\/b><\/p><p>The beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude to the <b>Don Bosco family<\/b> for the opportunity and support provided through this initiative.
