JOBITECH Flags off the awareness-raising action plan. An Awareness-raising action plan is a program put in place to promote Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as a career choice towards employment opportunities. This programme is carried out by visiting schools, Parish Outreach, community youth forums where young people are sensitized to embrace Technical and Vocational Education Training.
The Local Job Officer (L-JSO) and his crew went into action by embarking on a sensitization tour to the city of Ile Oluji where Gboluji Community Grammar School, Orere Grammar School, Baptist high school among others were given sensitization talk. The student and staff vowed to embrace TVET to bring about a decrease in the high rate of no jobs in Nigeria.
