Jobitech Management, Staff and students held an open day/awareness program on Land Reclamation on 8th February 2024.
The program is sequel to the land reclamation process that was carried out in the TVET Centre as a result of the impact of erosion on the land.
The event had in attendance environmental protection experts in the academia, key industry players in the environmental sector and other stakeholders.
The Key-Note address was delivered by Prof. Philip Ogbonnia Phil-Eze. MD/CEO, Anambra State Erosion, Watershed & Climate change Agency with the theme ” Enhancing Sustainable Environment Through Land Reclamation.
Major Highlight of the Day was a brief visit to the section of land that was reclaimed.
