As part of our effort to go entirely green and inculcate the green culture in our students, we are currently installing a Biogas System in our Green Centre of Excellence, JOBITECH Onitsha.
The Project is sponsored by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development: Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) and is being implemented by Don Bosco Mondo, Don Bosco Tech Africa and the Project office of the Salesians of Don Bosco, Nigeria.
This project is aimed at reducing carbon emission to the atmosphere to its lowest level, teach Students about the need to protect our environment by embracing renewable energy and producing cooking gas for the School. The plant is a 20m3 Digester capacity with a daily production output of 10m3
