KEEPING CHILDREN OFF THE STREET: BOSCO BOYS HOMES
BOSCO BOYS HOMES LAGOS & IBADAN
Salesians of Don Bosco in Nigeria have made huge impact in saving children from the risks associated with homelessness. Known as Bosco Boys Home, the organisation has established two homes, one in Ibadan, Oyo State and the other in Ikeja Lagos State. Established in 2013 (Ibadan) and 2018 (Lagos), the Bosco Boys Homes have capacity to house 40 boys and 20 boys respectively.
On daily basis, the Homes cater for both the in-house and visiting children from the street. Determined to make impact in the lives of children at-risk, by improving the living standards of the children, the Bosco Boys Homes provide welfare, medicals, education and skills to the children.
