Working hand-in-hand with Mastercrafts, TVET Trainers, the mobile coordination team, and centre management, the program currently delivers hands-on training across various trades. This youth employability booster initiative has already laid a solid foundation for long-term impact.

On Monday, 14th July, and Wednesday, 16th July 2025, representatives from Young Africa visited Lagos centres as part of their monitoring and evaluation efforts. The purpose of the visit was to observe the training sessions, interact with both the trainees and Mastercraft personnel, and gather meaningful feedback.
